One of the very important ways that we communicate with our parents is through our student information system. The system we are using this year is called FACTS Family Portal.
Each family is required to create a FACTS account (separate from your tuition account) and complete the enrollment information for each of your children.

We need all families to complete their registration by Friday 9/20. After that date, students without completed enrollment will not be able to use technology (Acceptable Use Policy will not have been agreed to).
4th Marble Drawing Monday, September 16. 5th Marble Friday September 20. Turn in your orders by this date. Final Marble Drawing on Tuesday, September 24.
Spirit Shirt order forms are due Tuesday 9/17. Don't forget to order for everyone and maybe a couple for when your kids grow out of them!

Tickets may be purchased in advance ($12 for adults, $7 for children ages 5-12, free for children ages 4 and under) and will be delivered to your oldest student. Tickets may also be purchased at the door for $15 per adult and $10 per child. Beer and wine will be available for cash purchase.

Parents, please remember that the gates close at 7:53 a.m. If you arrive after that time, please enter and check in through the school office. Students can proceed down the senior building hallway and Mr. Kenny will help them get to their line after the prayer portion of the assembly has been completed.

Our cantors will begin leading our music in the next two weeks. Additionally, students in grades 3-8 will be going to confession this coming week.

If you cannot make it to duty and need to reschedule, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. There is a $50 fee for missed lunch duties that are not reported prior to the day/time.
