New Student Application Checklist

Be sure to review and follow the steps below to ensure a complete application for your child.

1. Complete Application

Please complete one application per child. Please include all children that will attend St. John's on your application.

2. Review Age Requirement

Applicants for our 3-day Transitional Kindergarten (TK1) program must be 3 years + 5 months  ON or BEFORE September 1st of the current school year.  Applicants for our 5-day Transitional Kindergarten (TK2) program must be 4 years old ON or BEFORE September 1st of the current school year, and applicants for Kindergarten must be 5 years old ON or BEFORE September 1st of the current school year.

3. Submit Required Documents

Your application is not considered complete without copies of the following documents:

• Birth Certificate (the certificate of LIVE BIRTH, not the abstract)
• Certificates for all Sacraments that have been received
• Immunization Record
• The most current Report Card for students applying for grades 1-8

4. Submit Fee via Check

The non-refundable new student application fee of $250 per family. Please submit your check to our office.

5. Testing

Testing will be scheduled as needed for all applicants from grades 1-8.

6. Interview

All interviews are scheduled by the administration.
